1. Eat pineapple (lots of... apparently seven should do it), curry and spicy food
2. Go for loooooong walks and bounce on a swiss ball
3. Drink raspberry leaf tea by the bucket load (only recommended after 32 weeks)
4. Have acupuncture (K swears this sent her into labour!) or reflexology (feels nice even if it doesn't work).
5. Have sex. Enjoy, it might be the last time for a while!
