1. Raw or undercooked meat

2. Soft Cheeses with a white rind (see our separate Cheeses you can eat while pregnant list)

3. Blue Cheeses

4. Soft or raw eggs (or things made with raw egg)

5. Swordfish

6. Shark

7. Too much caffeine (we lived on tea during our pregnancies but avoided coffee)

8. Pate

9. Cold cured meats

10. Sushi

11. Raw shellfish

12. Liver

13. Marlin

14. Too much tuna (you can eat up to 2 tuna steaks per week or 4 medium cans of tuna per week)
