1. All hard cheeses (including cheddar, edam, emmental, gouda, gruyere, jarlsberg, parmesan and stilton, yay!)

2. Cottage cheese

3. Mozzarella

4. Feta

5. Cream cheese

6. Ricotta

7. Paneer

8. Halloumi

9. Any cheese made from pasteurised milk

10. Processed cheese, such as cheese spreads.

Unfortunately you should give brie, camembert, chèvre, Danish blue, gorgonzola and roquefort a miss!
