8. Exercise DVDs.  K's favourites are  Pre-Natal Fitness Fix and 10 minute solution Pre-Natal Pilates.

9. Pregnancy yoga or pregnancy pilates.

10.  Sex!  Helps baby on its way and besides... you soon won't have time for about five years....
